1. In view of the fact that sitting singly, one of us (Soumen Sen, J.) has

considered the application for judgment upon admission and

disposed of the said application on 12th February, 2018 which might

have a bearing in the ultimate outcome of the appeal, we are not

inclined to hear the appeal.
