The Court : The contemnor nos.3 and 4 are present pursuant to the

earlier order. Affidavits filed on their behalf be taken on record.

In course of perusing such affidavits, we find that the explanation offered

at the Bar by the learned counsel appearing for such contemnors do not find

place in the affidavits filed by the contemnors.

Learned advocate appearing for the contemnor nos.3 and 4 submits that

an opportunity should be granted to his clients to file a further affidavit.

Such request being reasonable is accepted. The contemnor nos.3 and 4

are permitted to file further affidavit.

List the contempt matter on January 28, 2025. Affidavit may be filed in

the meantime.

We have heard the learned advocates for the parties and the learned

Advocate General, in extenso, with regard to GA 5 of 2024.

Hearing of GA 5 of 2024 is concluded. Judgment reserved.
