The Court: The award debtor nos. 1 and 3, SKK Kamal and SKK Enayet

Kerim, have surrendered before this Court. They have been administered oath.

They have undertaken to file their affidavits of assets and be present before this

Court on the dates fixed. The learned advocate also submits that affidavits of

assets will be filed on their behalf and they will be available for examination.

Upon such undertaking, let the award-debtors be released from custody. The

warrants of arrest shall remain stayed for a period of three months from date.

The award debtors shall file their affidavits of assets separately, within 17 th

April, 2025, with an advance copy to the learned advocate on record of the

award-holder.

The award holder shall put in requisites for onward communication of this

order to the concerned police station.

Let this matter appear on 16th May, 2025. The award debtors shall be

present in Court for examination on the returnable date.
