The Court :- Affidavit of asset of the judgment-debtor is perused.

It appears that none of the assets are within the Ordinary Original

Jurisdiction of the Calcutta High Court. The assets are in Chennai as per the

affidavit.

Under such circumstances, the execution case should be transferred

along with all documents, original award and the Tabular Statement, which

have been filed before this Court in this proceeding till date, to the appropriate

civil Court. The award holder shall inform this Court about the details of the

transferee Court. Notice be issued upon the learned Advocate for the award

debtor.

Let this matter appear on March 4, 2025 at 4 p.m.
