The Court: This is an application for summary judgment under Order

13A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. The application was filed as far back

as in 2023. Despite an order dated 18th October, 2023, the respondents have

chosen not to file any Affidavit-in-Opposition. The time to file the Affidavit-in-

Opposition is peremptorily extended till 28 February, 2025 upon payment of

costs assessed at 1000 gms payable to Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratisthan,

Kolkata.

It is also submitted on behalf of the plaintiff that the time to file the

Written Statement has expired and the suit is ready for hearing. In view of the

above, let this suit appear under the heading "Undefended Suits" in the

monthly list of March, 2025.
