The Court: This is an application for judgment on admission by the

plaintiffs in a suit for partition and administration. It is submitted on behalf of

the sole defendant that so far as the shares and the extent of the estate shown

for partition are concerned, the said defendant has no objection. However, it is

submitted by the defendant that they have given an offer to the plaintiffs for

settlement of the issues involved in the suit. The plaintiffs, however, through

their advocate, submit that this proposal is the same old one given on 19 th

February, 2024 couched in a new package.

The matter is adjourned till 17th December, 2025 to enable the parties to

negotiate, if possible, for a settlement.
