The Court:- Learned Advocate for the decree-holder/petitioner is

present.

Learned Advocate for the decree-holder submits that although in

terms of the direction passed by this Court a calculation sheet was filed by

the decree-holder which the decree-holder filed and although the

judgment-debtor was directed to file calculation sheet by Order dated 25th

July, 2025 but the same is neither filed nor the judgment-debtor is

represented today by their Advocate.

Learned Advocate for the decree-holder submits that the matter be

considered and necessary order be passed in absence of the judgment-

debtor. However, in the facts and circumstances, upon hearing the decree-

holder, this Court is of the view that one more opportunity should be

granted to the judgment-debtor to file the calculation sheet and submit

with regard to the facts of the case. Thus, this matter is adjourned till 25th

August, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.

Learned Advocate is requested to intimate the other side by notice.
