       The Court:- This appeal is directed against a judgment and decree of a

 learned Judge of this Court, whereby the appellant's application under

 chapter XIIIA of the Original Side Rules of this Court, for evicting the

 respondents herein, has been dismissed. There is no scope for any interim

order nor any application has been filed.

Let the appeal be expedited.

Let requisite number of paper books be filed by the appellant within four

weeks from date incorporating therein all the papers which were available

before the learned Single Judge. All formalities are dispensed with. Since both

the respondents are represented through learned Counsel, notice of appeal is

deemed to have been waived.
