The Court: The award-debtor no.2 is arrested and presented in Court.

No satisfactory reason is given by learned counsel for the said award-

debtor as to why the award-debtor did not file his affidavit of assets.

However, as a last chance to the award-debtor no.2 to file his affidavit

of assets, the time for filing such affidavit is extended till October 4, 2024. A

copy of the affidavit of assets shall be served on the learned advocate for the

award-holder, also by that date.

The award-debtor no.2 shall be personally present in Court on

November 7, 2024 for being examined by the award-holder, when the matter

shall next be listed under the appropriate heading.

The warrant of arrest in respect of the award-debtor no.2 is

suspended till November 14, 2024 subject to the rider that the above two

directions are complied with.
