The Court: Report of the Master-in-Charge & official Referee, Original Side

dated 30th April, 2024 is perused. The following correction is made in the original

Judgment at the end of page 6, the sentence "Therefore, the Plaintiff is entitled to a

decree of permanent injunction in terms of the prayer (a)" shall be substituted by

"Therefore, the Plaintiff is entitled to appropriate decree of permanent injunction."

It is stated in the report that prayer (d) is not reflected in the concise

statement. This objection is a mere technicality and might be an error; the same

should not be looked into very seriously.

The decree may be drawn up accordingly in terms of the corrected judgment.
