The Court: In view of the fate of WPO/1700/2023 being, in the opinion of

the Court, dependent on the outcome of WPO/1755/2023, since in the latter writ

petition, the removal of the Board of Managers has been challenged,

WPO/1755/2023 is taken up for hearing first. Hearing is concluded and

judgment is reserved.

The matter shall be listed for judgment on January 30, 2024 along with

WPO/1700/2023 for hearing.

Needless to say, the tenure of the Administrator stands extended till

disposal of WPO/1755/2023.
