By an order dated 16th November, 2023, the judgment-debtor was

directed to be produced before this Court. There has been no compliance with

the orders of Court. Despite service on the Government Pleader, the Sate also

remains unrepresented.

As a last chance, let this matter appear on 12th February, 2024.

In the meantime, the award-holder is directed to serve a notice on Mr.

Paritosh Sinha who usually appears on behalf of the State of West Bengal and

is requested to appear in this matter.

The services of Mr. Paritosh Sinha be regularized by the Legal

Remembrancer.
