The Court: This is a contempt application on the allegation of willful

violation of this Court's judgment dated March 14, 2024 in WPO/973/2022.

It appears that the Court has held the impugned demand notice as illegal

and directed for refund of the amount of Rs.28,134.50/-.

Learned advocate Mr. Sunil Kr. Gupta appears for the petitioners and

submits that the same has not yet been complied with, in spite of due

service of a copy of the same.

Ms. Sima Chakraborty is appearing for the alleged contemnor.

Let a copy of the contempt application be served to her by hand which

shall be considered as a completed service upon the alleged contemnor.

A copy has been served in the Court.

Let the matter be adjourned today and be listed again on 13th August,
