the award-holder. The award-holder prays for liberty to ascertain from the

concerned Income Tax Department, the particulars of the Income Tax Returns

for the last five years of the judgment-debtor.

Liberty is granted to the award-holder to take necessary steps for

communicating with the concerned Income Tax Department the required

particulars of the judgment-debtor.

It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that they have paid Rs.5

lakhs pursuant to an earlier order of Court.

The award-holders are directed to continue making payment in terms of

the earlier orders of Court.

Let this matter appear on 27 September, 2023. The judgment-debtor no.1

is directed to be present on the returnable date.
