This is an application for condonation of delay in

preferring the appeal.

It is found from the report of the Additional Stamp

Reporter dated 10th October, 2023 that report of delay

could not be furnished due to want of certified copy of the

impugned order.

Mr. Rajesh Singh, learned advocate for appellant-

insurance company submits that the insurance company

has already furnished certified copy of the impugned

judgment and award on 27th September, 2023.

The department concerned is directed to furnish

report of delay, if any, in filing of the appeal positively by

the next date fixed.

Let the matter appear tomorrow (i.e. 18.10.2023)

under the same heading.
