This matter has come up at the instance of the petitioner for correction of the judgment dated 28.04.2023 wherein date of the order of the Tribunal appearing in the first paragraph at the first page is wrongly typed as '16.09.2018' instead of '16.09.2015' and in the first paragraph of the last page the word 'retiral' is inserted wrongly which should be omitted.

Since the corrections as pointed out above, are ministerial in nature, Office is directed to correct such mistakes as pointed out above and issue certified copy accordingly.

Let this order be made a part of the judgment dated 28.04.2023.
