This is an application for fresh interim order

because of the fact that during the period when interim

order passed on 11th February, 2022 remained in force,

the petitioner could not pray for extension of interim

order.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the

petitioner that as per order dated 11 th February, 2022

the petitioner has already deposited a sum of rupees

one lakh forty nine thousand and three hundred.

Under such circumstances, operation of the

impugned judgment and order shall remain stayed till

15th August, 2023.

The application is, thus, disposed of.
