The petitioners are aggrieved by a rejection communicated to the petitioners on 24 th April, 2023 that the Techno-Commercial Bid against a tender floated by the South Eastern Railways was rejected.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the rejection is without any reasons.

Upon considering the impugned communication, counsel appearing for the petitioners is requested to consider a recent judgment passed by this Court in WPA 10716 of 2023.
