The Court: Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the award holder to be kept with

the records.

By an order dated 19th December, 2022, the Court has directed the judgment

debtors to file Affidavits of Assets.

It appears from the records that no affidavits has been filed on behalf of the

judgment debtors till date.

In view of the deliberate non-compliance on the part of the judgment debtors, let

warrant of arrest be issued against the judgment debtor no.1.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the local

Police Station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrants of arrest and

production of the judgment debtor no.1 before this Court on or before the returnable

date.

The warrants of arrest are made returnable twelve weeks hence.
