2014.

In this respect an Hon'ble Division Bench of this

Court have passed a judgment and order in MAT 1594 of

2018. The writ petitioners' case will be covered by the

said judgment and order.

Hence, nothing remains in this matter to be

adjudicated by this Court.

Therefore, the matter is disposed of with the above

observation.
