the "decree-holder" to deposit a sum of Rs.10 lakhs instead of Rs.20.55 lakhs

within 21 days. The order for such deposit was made by a learned Single Judge

of this Court on 28th March, 2023.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent in the present

application/ decree-holder submits that there is already an order for warrants

of arrest against the judgment-debtors.
