By a judgment dated 11th April, 2023, this Court has disposed of

CS/64/2011.

As per the report of the Section Officer / Superintendent, it is found

that while drawing up the decree, the department came to know that at the

time of carrying out the amendment in terms of the order passed by this

Court dated 18th April, 2012 in the concise statement in paragraph 2, the year

of Letters Patent has been wrongly recorded as '1856' instead of '1865'.

This Court finds that this is a bona fide mistake on the part of the

department while carrying out the order of amendment and, as such, in the

concise statement in paragraph 2 in the amendment portion, the year of the

Letters Patent is to be read as '1865' instead of '1856'.

This order may be treated as part of the judgment dated 11th April,

2023.
