The Court: Mr. Ananda Sankar Sarbajna deposed in Court today and

submits that he shall file his affidavit of assets. The affidavit of assets in fact has

been filed in Court today. The same be taken on record.

A copy of the same is handed over to counsel appearing on behalf of the

petitioner. The award debtor is discharged from the custody of the Court and the

warrant of arrest is kept in abeyance.

Let this matter appear eight weeks hence for examination of judgment

debtor. In the meantime, the award debtor shall be at liberty to file any

application he may so desire.
