The Court: By an order dated 5th September, 2022, the Department was directed

issue a notice under Order 21 Rule 22(1) of the Code of Civil procedure. The report filed

by the Department indicates that the service upon the judgment debtors is not clear.

The counsel appearing on behalf of the award holder submits that her clients

have been able to ascertain the complete address of the judgment debtors.

In view of the aforesaid, the Department is directed to issue notice under Order

XXI Rule 22 sub-rule (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 at "LAKDAKOL, POST -

MATHURAPUR, PS - PIRPAINTI, DISTRICT - BHAGALPUR, BIHAR - 813222".

Let this matter appear eight weeks hence.

In the meantime the department is directed to file a report.
