In spite of communication of the order dated 13 th December,

2022 to the Learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court, Paschim

Medinipur, it has been reported by the department that the certified

copy of the judgment of the First Appellate Court has not been

received as yet.

A further reminder shall be sent to the learned Additional

District Judge, 4th Court, Paschim Medinipur, for sending forthwith

the certified copy of the judgment of the First Appellate Court.

The learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court, Paschim

Medinipur is directed to send the certified copy of the judgment

after correction positively within two weeks from date.

The learned Registrar Administration (L&OM) is directed to

comminute this order immediately to the learned Additional District

Judge, 4th Court, Paschim Medinipur and also to the learned District

Judge, Paschim Medinipur for compliance.

The revised report shall be filed on the adjourned date.

The matter stands adjourned for three weeks.
