This appeal is directed against a judgment and

order dated December 14, 2022 whereby the

appellant's writ petition was dismissed.

The learned Judge did not call upon the

respondents to file affidavit-in-opposition. Hence the

stand of the respondents is not on record.

We are of the opinion that the respondents

should file an affidavit bringing on record their stand.

Let such affidavit be filed within a fortnight from date

(January 30, 2023). Reply thereto, if any, be filed

within five days thereafter (February 4, 2023).

List the matter under the heading "Hearing" as

first item on February 6, 2023.
