Mr Rajesh Singh, learned advocate for

appellant-insurance company submits that since

the lower court records has been dispatched from

the learned tribunal and has been received by the

concerned department of this Hon'ble Court, the

insurance company could not get the certified copy

of the impugned judgment for filing it before the

Hon'ble Court and seeks time to furnish the certified

copy of the award.

appears for respondents-claimants.

In view of the above, let the matter appear in

the Combined Monthly List of February, 2023.
