A report was called for from the department as to the status of a connected appeal being CRA 221 of 2012. The department has filed its report dated 10th January, 2023.

Report reveals that CRA 221of 2012 is now pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.

These appeals are connected with the same since arising in connection with the same judgment and order of the Trial Court.

In view of the circumstances, I am inclined to release these appeals with the liberty to the parties to take appropriate steps for listing of the matter, before the appropriate Bench.
