The Court: By judgment dated 10th November, 2022 this Court held that
the Court had jurisdiction to entertain the Section 9 application. Furthermore,
directions for affidavits were granted. The interim order that was subsisting was
also extended till one week after the Christmas Vacation.
It appears that affidavits have not been exchanged and counsel on behalf
of the respondent prays for extension of time to file affidavit in opposition.
Accordingly, let affidavit in opposition be filed within four weeks from date.
Reply thereto, if nay, be filed within two weeks thereafter. This order is
peremptory in nature.
The subsisting interim order is extended till 21st March, 2023 or until
further orders whichever is earlier.
List this matter in the monthly list of March, 2023 as an "Adjourned
Motion".
