In view of the aforesaid, let this application appear after twelve weeks.

In the meantime, the decree holder is directed to take steps for effecting

service on the judgment debtors and file an affidavit of service on the returnable

date. In case service is effected, the judgment debtors are directed to comply

with the earlier order of Court and file their Affidavit of Assets prior to the

returnable date.
