Mr. Kar, Learned Senior Counsel, argues for the

appellants/the Bengal Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals

Ltd (for short, the Company).

Mr. Kar argues at some length on the

requirement of an interim relief qua the operative

portion of the Judgment and Order impugned of the

Hon'ble Single Bench dated 20th May, 2022 as recorded

at paragraphs 55, 56 and 58 thereof.
