The Court: The deponent has submitted that he shall hand over the

vehicle within one month. He submits that the vehicle is in Siliguri-Bangladesh

border and bringing the same shall take some time.

Accordingly, the Receiver is directed to collect the vehicle from the

award-debtor on March 10, 2023 from the garage at Gail Eng. Workshop,

Bombay Road NH6, Junglepur.

This matter shall appear on 17th March, 2023 when the judgment-debtor

is directed to be present in Court.

It is recorded that an undertaking has been given by the award-debtor

no.3 that possession of the vehicle shall be positively given on March 10, 2023.
