The appellants were released on bail pursuant to the judgment and

order of conviction and sentence dated 09.09.2022.

Having considered the period of imprisonment which has been

imposed upon the appellants, I direct the appellants to continue on the

same bail and bond till the disposal of the appeal. However, the following

conditions should be complied with by the appellants.

The appellants shall once in a month attend the learned Trial Court

and obtain an acknowledgement regarding their presence and availability

till further order of this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, IA No. CRAN 2 of 2023 is allowed.
