The matter is appearing at the instance of the respondent

no. 1 for correction of a typographical error in paragraph 20 of the

judgment. In the last portion of paragraph 20 of the judgment

and order dated 20th January, 2023, it has gone down as

"respondent no. 5" instead of "respondent no. 1". The sentence

after the correction will read as follows:-

The petitioners and each one of them are directed to give

appointment to the respondent no. 1 latest by 31st March 2023.

Let this correction be incorporated in the judgment and

order dated 20th January, 2023. The Judgment and order dated

20th January, 2023 shall be read meant and construed with the

correction as aforesaid.
