This appeal is preferred against the

judgment and award dated 6th August, 2015 passed

by learned Additional District Judge cum Judge,

Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, 2nd Court,

Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur in M.A.C. Case No.

168 of 2011 under Section 163-A of the Motor

Vehicles Act, 1988.

As per the report of Stamp Reporter dated

18th September, 2015 the appeal is preferred within

the statutory period of limitation.

Accordingly, the appeal is formally admitted

and registered.

The lower court records have been received

and upon examination found to be complete and in

order.

Learned advocate for appellant-claimant is

directed to prepare and file three sets of informal

paper books forms incorporating all relevant papers

and documents including pleadings and evidence,

both oral and documentary, in printed or cyclostyle

or typewritten form within a period of three weeks

from date.

Notice of appeal has been served upon the

respondents.

Mr. Rajesh Singh, learned advocate appears

for respondent No. 1-insurance company.

Let the matter appear on 13.03.2023 under
