The Court : It is submitted by the award-holder that they have been

unable to effect service on the award-debtor.

The Affidavit of Service which has been filed as far back as on August,

2023 suggests that though the items have been despatched there has been no

receipt till date.

The award-holder has failed to take any steps in his matter. This

execution application has been pending since, 2015. Repeated orders have

been passed from time to time and the award-holder has been unable to effect

service on the judgment-debtors.

In such circumstances, EC/673/2015 stands dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file a fresh execution

application if the circumstances so warrant.

Liberty is also granted to the award-holder to take back the original

award after replacing of the same with a photocopy thereof.
