The Court : Without prejudice to the rights and contention, the decree holder
undertakes to furnish their RTGS details in order to enable the judgment debtor to
make timely payment.
It is submitted on behalf of the judgment debtor that the remaining principal
amount of Rs.22 lakhs shall be paid by the judgment debtor on or before 15
February, 2024 in three equal instalments of Rs.7 lakhs each.
The judgment debtor undertakes that to make payment on 15 December,
2023 and 15 January, 2024 and 15 February, 2024 respectively.
Let this matter appear on 18 December, 2023 for further hearing.
Supplementary Affidavit filed on behalf of the decree holder be kept with the
records.
