             for correction of typographical error crept

             in the judgment and order dated 30 th

             June, 2023.

                    The amount has been recorded

             inadvertently     as     Rs.   8,52,800/-,    it

             should be read as Rs. 8,61,800/- in the

             paragraph nos. 1 and 13 at page nos. 2

             and 8 respectively.

                    At the same time, the enhanced

             compensation amount recorded as Rs.

             2,83,200/-      should    be   read   as     Rs.

             2,74,200/- in paragraph nos. 13 and 14
 at page no. 8 of the judgment and order

dated 30th June, 2023.

       Let the judgment and order dated

30.06.2023

be corrected accordingly.

Other portions of the judgment

and order dated 30th June, 2023 shall be

remain unaltered.

Let this order be read conjointly

with the judgment and order dated

30.06.2023.
