Argument of the above mentioned two writ

petitions was heard on 31st July, 2023. However, at

the time of writing judgment some issues regarding

devolution of interests upon Kameshwar Narayan

Singh, petitioner in WPA 7553 of 2008 and

consequent accrual of right of the above named

petitioner is required to be heard once again.

Therefore, the learned senior counsel on behalf of

the petitioner in WPA 7553 of 2008 is requested to

clear up the matter to enable this Court to deliver

proper judgment in both the writ petitions.

Under such circumstances, the instant writ

petition be listed on 28th August, 2023 at 12 noon

as a specially fixed matter.
