submission that the issue involved in this writ petition

is covered by a decision of this court but the learned

Advocate appearing for the respondent/Customs

Authority disagrees and says that the issue involved in

this writ petition is not covered by the judgment upon

which the petitioners intend to rely. Accordingly, let

this matter be added in the monthly list of September,

2023 under the heading "Hearing" along with WPA

4721 of 2023.
