This appeal is filed assailing the judgment and

order of acquittal passed on 30th June, 2023 by the

Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Serampore, District-

Hooghly in connection with C.R. Case No. 363 of 2017

under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act,

1881.

Considering the scope of reappreciation of evidence,

the appeal is admitted. Issue usual notices.

Trial Court Record be called for.

After arrival of the Lower Court Record, if it is

found, otherwise in order, the formal paper book shall be

prepared within six weeks thereafter.
