                      The petitioner is a retired Assistant Teacher of a

               Higher Secondary School.         The petitioner is praying

               condonation of shortfall of the qualifying service to get the

               pensionary benefit.

                      Mr. Dasgupta, learned Advocate for the petitioner in

               support of the prayer of the petitioner relies on an unreported

               judgment delivered on August 03, 2023 by a Co-ordinate

               Bench of this Court in W.P.A. 7881 of 2022 (Goalbadan

               Mandal -Vs- State of West Bengal & Ors).

                      Mr. Hossain, learned Advocate for the State

               respondents prays accommodation to peruse the said

judgment.
