                      Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

                      Mr. Pratik Dhar, counsel appearing on behalf of the

              petitioners, has relied on a judgment of the Division Bench

              dated March 25, 2022 and has submitted that the present

              case is similar to the same and the State be directed to accept

              the money from his client in terms of the notification dated

              October 8, 2010.

                      Accordingly, State-respondent is directed to take

specific instruction from the Estate Manager, Kalyani being

the respondent no.2 herein.

This matter is made returnable on September 8,

2023.
