Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 4
contends that the said respondents do not have any
objection to removal of the lien, on principle; however,
they strongly deny the allegations made in the writ
petition, in particular paragraph no. 35 thereof.
Since the matter pertains to a question of law,
no affidavits are invited. It is deemed that none of the
allegations made in the writ petition are admitted by
the respondents.
Hearing in the matter is closed.
