Mr. Adak, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
WBSMICL submits on written instructions that the petitioner
is a Group-B employee. Such written instructions are retained
with the records.
He submits that the petitioner has been represented as a
"Group-C" employee in the writ petition is deliberate
suppression of material facts.
Mr. Ghosh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
petitioner submits that whether or not the petitioner is a
Group-C or a Group-B employee, the same will not affect the
order passed by this Court on July 12, 2023. He submits that
necessary reliance will be placed on a judgment in relation to
the said issue.
Let the matter come up for further consideration under
the same heading "For Orders" on August 30, 2023.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order
