Mr. Dipankar Dhar Mr. Rudra Dhar.............for the appellants

The instant appeal has been filed challenging the

judgment and order of conviction under Section 302, 201 and

34 of the IPC sentencing the appellants to suffer

imprisonment for life, which is beyond the purview of this

Bench to decide.

Accordingly, the instant criminal appeal is released

from this Bench to be placed before the Hon'ble the Chief

Justice for necessary directions.
