The Court: By an order dated 16th September, 2021, a final

opportunity was granted to the judgment-debtors to file their Affidavit of

Assets. No Affidavit of Assets has been filed till date.

This matter was appearing in the Warning List and the judgment-

debtors are deemed to have had notice that the matter would be taken up

for hearing today.

In view of the failure of the judgment-debtors to file their Affidavit of

Assets in disregard to the order of Court, let there be an order of warrant of

arrest against the judgment-debtor no. 1.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge

of the local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure

due execution of the warrant of arrest and production of the judgment-

debtor no.1 before this Court on or before the returnable date.

Let this matter appear in the Monthly List of October, 2023.
