The Court: In view of the urgency pleaded by the decree-holder, the matter

is taken up for hearing.

It is submitted that notwithstanding an order dated 21 December, 2022,

the judgment-debtors have failed to file their Affidavit of Assets. Significantly,

the award is dated 6 July, 2022 and is for a sum of Rs.19,75,135.78.

In such circumstances, in view of the deliberate disobedience by the

judgment-debtors in failing to file their Affidavit of Assets, let there be an order

for warrant of arrest issued against the judgment-debtor no.2.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the concerned police station having jurisdiction where the judgment-debtor no.2

resides are directed to take necessary steps to ensure due execution of the

warrant of arrest and production of the judgment-debtor no.2. before this Court

on or before the returnable date.

The matter is made returnable in the Monthly List of October, 2023.
