The Court : It is submitted by the award holder that the warrant of arrest

as directed by an earlier order of Court is due to expire today. In view of the

urgency, the matter is taken up for hearing. The returnable date for the warrant

of arrest stands extended till 17 October, 2023.

The Jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due

execution of the warrants of arrest and production of the judgment-debtors

before this Court on or before the returnable date.

The Superintendent of Police is also directed to file a Report as to why the

warrants of arrest have not been executed till date.

The matter is made returnable on 16 October, 2023 before the Regular

Bench having determination.
