The Court : None appears on behalf of the judgment debtor nor is any

adjournment prayed for on their behalf even in the second call. This is an

application for execution of a decree dated 11 March, 2015. By the said

decree, the judgment debtor has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.86 lakhs

(inclusive of interest) to the decree holder. This is an application for

substitution and for recording the change of the name of the award holder.

I have considered the averments in this application and I am satisfied

that the amendment sought for is formal in nature and consequential.

In view of the change of the name of the decree holder, there shall be an

order in terms of prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's Summons.

With the aforesaid directions, GA/1/2023 stands disposed of.
